Fit your RV before you buy

This system is built around RV and trailer use, and the first thing to settle is how it gets power. A pre-wired rig can use the supplied mounting bracket and short wiring lead for the quickest hookup. Without that existing wiring, each camera instead draws from a 12V source, so we recommend confirming a 12V feed is available at your rear and side mounting spots before ordering.

The kit ships in black with three cameras, and the 7.2 inch monitor supports up to three views at once when paired with compatible side cameras. That is the reason we would consider this for a longer rig: rear and side coverage on one screen is what helps during lane changes and tight campground roads.

What this system can and cannot tell you

Think of this as a view and recording tool, not a diagnostic one. The cameras and monitor expand what you can see around the back and sides of the RV, and the dual antennas carry that live view up to 500FT. A wide view does not diagnose a fault, confirm your trailer brakes, or make an unsafe maneuver safe.

DVR recording works with a compatible SD card, which is not included, so plan for that card if you want footage saved for later review. The IP69K rating covers rain, road spray and dust on the camera, while the 1080P sensor and built-in IR LEDs are there for dim campsites after sunset. Those are the supported roles, and they are enough for a lot of RV owners.

Diagnostic boundary

Recording needs a compatible SD card that is sold separately.

Up to 500FT transmission range with the dual antennas.

Camera rated IP69K for rain, spray and dust.

At $279.99, this three-camera kit is $26.88 below the typical price over the last 90 days of $306.87, which works out to about 9 percent off. It also matches the lowest price we have recorded for it, an all-time low. That puts the current offer at a strong point against the kit's own recent history.

Power, mounting and connection checks

Before you commit, walk your RV and note where each camera would mount and how it would reach power. On a pre-wired rig, the supplied bracket and lead are the intended path. On a rig without that wiring, each camera needs a 12V source, and that requirement is the one most likely to change your plan.

Also check the monitor mounting spot on your dash or windshield area, since the 7.2 inch screen is the hub for the split-screen views. Confirm you have room for it where you can glance at it without blocking your line of sight, and decide in advance which views you want on screen while driving.

Who should choose this kit

We would recommend this for RV and trailer owners who want rear and side coverage on one monitor, especially those with a pre-wired rig who can use the supplied bracket and lead. The three-camera setup, night vision and recording support fit the person who camps after dark, tows long distances and wants a record of what happens behind them.

Skip it if you only need a single rear view, if you cannot supply 12V at the camera locations, or if you do not want to buy a separate SD card for recording. Get the fitment and power answers first, then decide.
