Do not read the foldable build as a load rating for heavy direct-drive hardware. Playseat states the included plates support the steering wheels and pedals on the market, and the stated weight limit is a driver limit, not a hardware limit.
It will not replace your wheel, pedals or screen, and it will not tell you how much torque your wheelbase can put through the plates.

Power, mounting and floor space to confirm
The cockpit runs on your body and your hardware, so there is no power requirement of its own. What you do need to confirm is that your wheel and pedal plates bolt to the included mounting plates, since that is the connection the whole setup depends on.
Playseat lists folded dimensions of 27 by 54 by 124 cm (53 by 21 by 38 inches). Check that footprint against the spot where you plan to stash it, and check the open position against your screen distance before you commit.
The fold is described as taking about 10 seconds with gear attached, which is the number to weigh if you will be packing it away after each session.
