Does this front and rear setup fit your car
This is a two-camera kit. The C5 records 4K from the windshield unit and 1080P from a separate rear camera, so you get road signs, plates and lane markings from two angles instead of one.
We'd consider it for a driver who wants wide coverage without paying for a premium brand. Both cameras use the included mounting accessories, and the compact housing is designed not to sit in your line of sight.

What it will not do
The C5 is not a repair tool and a discount on it says nothing about how any vehicle is running. It records what the cameras see, and that is the job it is built for.
Parking mode is not active out of the box. Continuous 24-hour recording needs the separate 3-Lead Hardwire Kit, sold on its own, and the camera itself has no wireless battery operation.
24-hour parking recording requires the separately sold 3-Lead Hardwire Kit.
Wi-Fi connects the camera to your phone within 3 to 5 meters; it does not connect from outdoors.

Right now the C5 is $41.03. That is $10.44 below the typical price over the last 90 days, a saving of about 20 percent.
This also matches the lowest price recorded for this camera over its all-time window, so buyers watching the number have little reason to wait.
Power and mounting details to confirm
The camera draws power from the car, so you will be running a cable from the front unit down to a power source, and a second cable back to wherever the rear camera is mounted. Whether those runs reach depends on your vehicle, so check both before you buy.
The 64GB card comes already in the slot. Format it before the first recording, either by pressing the power button once after the power cable is connected or through the phone app.
The app handles viewing, downloading and sharing clips over the built-in Wi-Fi. There is also a USB port on the camera that can charge a phone while it records.
Who should pick this up
Choose the C5 if you want dual-channel coverage with a 4K front view, a card already included, and a phone app for pulling clips without a computer. At $41.03 it covers a lot of the basics for the money.
Skip it if you want parking surveillance without extra spending, or if you expect the camera to work untethered. Add the hardwire kit at the same time if parked-car recording matters to you.
